Rough clean(during construction)
DEEP CLEANCarried out once the major trades are off the floor but before fit-off. We clear bulk debris, sweep and vacuum construction dust, and remove waste so following trades – and any inspections – have a clean, safe surface to work on.
Final clean (post construction)
FAST TURNAROUNDThe main event. Once all trades are finished, we detail every surface top to bottom: dust removal, glass, floors, joinery, amenities and fixtures. This is the post construction cleaning that takes a space from 'trades complete' to 'presentable', and it's what most Sydney builders mean when they book a builders clean.
Handover clean (pre-occupancy)
A final detail pass immediately before handover or the client walkthrough – fingerprints off glass, a last dust of ledges, floors buffed, amenities sanitised – so the space presents perfectly the moment the keys change hands.

Finished builds leave marks that ordinary cleaning never touches. Removing them safely – without damaging brand-new finishes – is the core skill of a construction clean, because getting it wrong means re-doing trade work.

We pre-treat these lanes before extraction so the carpet cleans evenly, instead of leaving a visible path down the middle of your floor.
Stains, spills and odour
We treat a wide range of workplace stains and odours:
