We cover the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and South-West Sydney (including Manly, Dee Why, Mosman, Chatswood, Bondi, Randwick, Liverpool, Campbelltown and nearby suburbs).

 

02. Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?

Yes. All cleaners are fully insured and police-checked for your peace of mind.

 

03. What’s included in a general clean?

Dusting, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping of living areas/bedrooms. Need extras (oven, fridge, windows)? Add them to your booking.

 

04. Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Absolutely. We provide professional equipment and can use eco-friendly products on request.

05. Can I be out while you clean?

Yes. Many clients provide access and return to a spotless space. We manage keys and alarm codes securely.

 

06. How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on property size, condition and service type. We provide upfront quotes—no hidden fees.

 

07. Do you guarantee bond return for end-of-lease?

We offer a bond-ready clean aligned to agent checklists. If anything cleaning-related is missed, we’ll return to address it.

 

08. Do you offer emergency flood help?

Yes, same-day emergency response for leaks and flooding where possible, including extraction and drying to stabilise damage.
